Baan Dalah is a modern property situated on the beachfront in Bang Rak on the north-east coast of Koh Samui. Consisting of 3 spacious bedrooms in a walled environment, this villa has the benefit of privacy and stunning views to neighboring Koh Phan Ngan and also the convenience of vicinity to local restaurants, entertainment and famous Chaweng Beach is only 10 minutes away.

Baan Dalah offers guests generous accommodation and facilities that will surely compliment an island retreat getaway. The villa is set in a central yet quiet area of the island with guests entering through the main gates of the home and faced with the unobstructed view across the sea to the adjacent islands. Walking into the inner courtyard, to left you find the homes main kitchen/dining and living area. This room with its full length floor-to-ceiling windows provides guests with a relaxing space to unwind and dine. The fully-equipped kitchen will certainly suit the cook in the party and with the large 8 seat dining table, all can be entertained. The lounge area with its comfy sofas provide stunning views over to the renowned golden Big Buddha and surrounding coast will help create the island getaway.

Outside in the courtyard, the villas large swimming pool is located with a surrounding wooden deck perfect for sun-bathing or reading a book in the shade. Being only steps from the beach, you can always be assured of many options when it comes to spending your time.

Across from the living pavilion sits the main bedroom and en-suite. Again located with absolute sea views, this is a lovely place to awake in the morning or fall asleep with the gentle lapping of the waves below. This spacious room features a king-size bed, plasma TV with satellite and DVD/CD surround sound system, large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower room, large bathtub, double vanity and an adjacent walk in robe.

Positioned just behind the master bedroom pavilion are bedrooms two and three. Adjoining each other in one pavilion, these room are identical except for the bedding configurations; one twin (2 single beds) and one double (1 king bed). Each bedroom has its own TV with satellite and DVD/CD, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and lots of wardrobe space. Bedroom two has lovely water views through the villas central courtyard.

Baan Dalah is a villa that will suit small groups or families that require spacious accommodation with privacy, amenities and a convenient location to suit all of the groups needs. Modern styling mixed with Thai influences will ensure an enjoyable stay is achieved and fond memories remain.

Additional Information

Rates Policies
• Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above
• Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
• Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
• Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
• Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

Weddings and Private Parties Policies

• For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
• The Signature Collection: Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax)
• The Boutique Villas, all villas at Miskawaan and Baan Tamarind: Premium of US$600 (subject to 7% tax)
• A refundable guarantee deposit is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
• A cleaning fee will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
• The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges
• All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property

Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions

• Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
• Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
• If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
• If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
• All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
