From the elevated entrance of Baan Saranjai you walk down steps through an immaculately landscaped area with stepping stones across a water feature leading past a greeting room on your left, which utilizes the space under the carport and is furnished with comfortable brown leather bean bags and coordinated artwork. Stepping into the villa you'll instantly realize the magnificence of this property. The traditional architectural features are perfectly blended with contemporary furniture, and accessories, fashioned out of natural materials that create a modern, stylish and luxurious environment. The dining space is dominated by a large oval dark-wood dining table and chairs with cream seat cushions, all under an impressive metal and glass hanging light-fixture. To the left of the table is a very well equipped kitchen with cream units. A central island contains the hob and has a breakfast bar with four stylishly designed wood and water-hyacinth stools. The kitchen is finished off with a flat-screen TV. To the right of the dining table is the main sleeping pavilion. One ground-floor bedroom has opening doors on two sides that lead out into the landscaped entrance area. This room has contemporary styled twin wooden beds and comfortable wicker chairs. Fashionable accessories such as artwork and cushions have a lilac theme that contrasts well with the white sheets. The en-suite bathroom has a beige marble sink unit and a shower room finished in blue mosaic tiles. The next ground floor bedroom is at the front looking out across the garden, pool and ocean. This room has a double bed and chairs matching the other in style. However this room is accessorized with green and peach silk cushions and throws. The ferry pier can also be a decent reminder that when you live in these peaceful surroundings, others are traveling in the busy parallel universe.

- Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above
- Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
- Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
- Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
- Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).
- Weddings and Private Parties Policies
- For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
- The Signature Collection: Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax)
- The Boutique Villas, all villas at Miskawaan and Baan Tamarind: Premium of US$600 (subject to 7% tax)
- A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
- The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges
- All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property
- Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
