The villas at Dhevatara Residence provide guests with luxurious accommodation in a relaxed beautiful beachfront location at Bophut Bay on the northern coast of Koh Samui. This newly developed estate features a fine array of properties that combine understated styling with all the modern conveniences and facilities that you would only expect from a 5 star resort. These villas are laid out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront. The large single and two-storey beachfront homes consist of multi living pavilions that maximize the use of space and lend a village atmosphere. Walking from the lovely entrance down the central path, lush foliage intermingling with the buildings creates a feeling of intrigue as you explore your home-away-from-home. Four to five pavilions constitute a home. These house the villas' sleeping quarters with the secondary rooms at the rear, and the contemporary master bedroom and stylish full kitchen/dining pavilion at the forefront. A stepped pond leads to the contemporary living room next to the villas large pool and Sala adjoining the beach. Alternatively, the sea view villas that sit directly behind the beachfront homes provide guests with superior views and private multi-storey accommodation. The ground level comprises the private parking area, small garden courtyard and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. - Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
- Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
- Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
- Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).
- For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
- The Signature Collection: Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax)
- The Boutique Villas, all villas at Miskawaan and Baan Tamarind: Premium of US$600 (subject to 7% tax)
- A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
- The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges
- All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
