Baan Chao Lay is a deluxe villa located on the idyllic west coast of Koh Samui. It offers guests a superior standard of accommodation with a classy, spacious design and contemporary interior design features. This is a villa which has certainly been built with quality in mind. Being located directly on the peaceful Lipa Noi Beach, this is the perfect location for an exclusive tropical getaway. As soon as you are through the large electric gates you are transported in to a luxurious environment where privacy and serenity are the highest priorities. Passing through the villa's inner gates, you step over the fish pond and access the impressive central courtyard. Situated to the left and right in two separate pavilions are four out of the properties five bedrooms. All have their own en-suite with large walk-in shower and decorative garden. A large swimming pool with Jacuzzi sits within the central courtyard. The length of the pool makes it ideal for laps, playing games or simply cooling off after lazing on the surrounding deck. Wrapping around this area is the open-plan area which contains kitchen, dining and living spaces. With direct access to the pool deck, garden and beach this area is ideal for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the views. On the opposite side is the large master suite with private dressing area and enormous en-suite bathroom. The master suite also opens up completely to entice the senses of the beach and garden offering guests a calming area to rest. On the beach front under the shade and protection of the giant trees lining the beach is the Sala. This can be used for outdoor dining or alternatively a relaxing escape from the heat of the day. - Rates Policies
- Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above
- Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
- Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
- Airport Transfers USD45 per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car(7% Tax applicable).
- Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).
- Weddings and Private Parties Policies
- For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
- The Signature Collection: Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax)
- The Boutique Villas, all villas at Miskawaan and Baan Tamarind: Premium of US$600 (subject to 7% tax)
- A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
- The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges
- All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property
- Surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests
- Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
